Introduction

The climate of the Cayman Islands is characterised by a Wet Season running from May to October, followed by a Dry Season between November and April. Average high temperatures are between 28 and 33 °C, with lows between 22 and 26 °C, while relative humidity averages between 75 and 79%. The wettest month is September, with a mean monthly rainfall of 222 mm, compared to only 32.3 mm in April.
